Abstract:

This report is the users guide for the Computer Aided Inspection Forms for Hydraulic Steel Structures CAIF-HSS computer program, which is used to store information obtained during the inspections of miter, tainter, lift, and sector gates. The CAIF-HSS runs under Windows environment and includes an interface that allows the user to generate the inspection forms by following a logical sequence of structural elements in the corresponding structure. The program also has the capability to display images.
