Abstract:
1.1 Perform a complete energy audit of the entire Army Medical Centers AMC heating and cooling systems, lighting system, and other systems and areas as indicated in Annex A. 1.2 Perform a comprehensive analysis of all data collected during the audit. 1.3 Identify all Energy Conservation Opportunities ECOs including low costno cost ECOs and perform complete evaluations of each. Energy equipment replacement projects already underway, approved, or planned by the Medical Center staff will be factored into the evaluations. 1.4 Prepare programming documentation for all Federal Energy Management Program FEMP andor Energy Conservation Improvement Program ECIP projects. 1.5 Prepare implementation documentation and instructions for those projects recommended for accomplishment by local forces. 1.6 List and prioritize all recommended ECOs. 1.7 Prepare a comprehensive report which will docwnent the work accomplished, the results of the field investigation and engineering analysis, the conclusions, and recommendations.
