Abstract:

CASHII is a FORTRAN program which is available to be run on contractors own computers. CASHII is the name of a computer program developed by the Department of Defense. Contractors who request flexible progress payments must use CASHII to provide the relevant calculations on flexible payment rate and contractor investment ratio. This data must also be supplied to contracting offices who use CASHII to verify the contractors data.
