Characterization of the Random Array Peak Sidelobe Using Level Crossing Theory.
Abstract:
An upper bound on the height of the peak sidelobe of the random array is derived using the theory of level crossings of a random process. This bound is obtained by calculating the expected number of upcrossings of a given level by the array power pattern. The bound is compared with computer simulation results. Author
