Abstract:

This report identifies essential logistic support criteria, objectives, and action requirements for the ILARTS Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance Acquisition program. ILARTS is a closed circuit television system to be installed on all aircraft carriers to monitor and record air operations for training debriefing and accident analysis, and to provide line-up and glide slope information to the landing signal officer.
