Interference Effects in Digital Matched Filters
Abstract:
The report contains a summary of some of the more important theoretical results related to the performance of a digital matched filter receiver designed to receive a biphase modulated signal in the presence of interference. Both the synchronization and data performance of the receiver are evaluated when the signal is received in the presence of a Gaussian noise, b Random phase sinusoidal interference, c Fixed phase sinusoidal interference. Specific attention is paid to the effect of processing the received signal using one bit quantization.
