Typical production and logistics trade-space: Cost, quality, and schedule Risk is a function of threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences Threat of compromise (e.g., vendors delivering out-of-spec parts, counterfeits) or disruption (e.g., labor strike, weather) How do we properly consider risk when designing a supply chain? How do we incorporate the ecosystem that our supply chain(s) live and operate in? How do we design supply chains to be resilient to the unknown unknowns? In particular, advanced persistent threats?
