Abstract:

The nations adversaries are out-innovating the U.S. in many sectors to include military capabilities. New and pervasive capabilities are reducing the effectiveness of current Marine Corps combat systems and TTPs. In recognition of this threat, the Marine Corps is transforming its capabilities to respond to emerging threats. This Pre-Mortem examined the impact of Force Design 2030 on engineer capabilities, and the engineering community is postured for future challenges.
