Better Ways to Work Together: Resilience Infrastructure Infographic
Abstract:
Resilience is often understood as ones ability to bounce back following adversity, yet in the past two years, research indicates that only one in five workers are highly resilient, meaning that most employees do not feel they have the autonomy or engagement to get their work done successfully, nor do they have significant trust in their managers or senior leaders of their organization (Workplace Resilience Study 2020). This lack of workforce resilience can negatively impact an organizations mission and efficiency.
