Abstract:

The purpose of this document is to outline the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Digital Transformation (DX) Strategy. The strategy outlines the strategic approach with the following four goals: (1) develop and deploy a new digital workforce, (2) develop new digital infrastructure, (3) advance digital capabilities, and (4) innovative digital processes all while inspiring a new culture. The document describes the concepts and terminology related to each of the four goals along with clearly defined objectives that will achieve these goals.
