Abstract:

Any calculation of the drawbar pull of a agricultural tractor moving over agricultural lend requires a detailed study of power losses thereby occuring, which may, in principle, be defined as fellows losses depending on pneumatic tyres and losses in connection with the soil, including interface phenomenons occuring between tyres and soil.
