Abstract:

This quarterly report contains further studies on the development of a liposomal drug delivery system for WR6026.2HC1. These studies include further investigations on improving entrapment efficiency and reproducibility, release of entrapped WR6026.2HC1 from negative and neutral liposomes and scale-up of liposome batch size.
