Abstract:

This Final Technical Report for the General Utilities System GUS project covers results from September 15, 1978 - September 1, 1982. This volume contains the project description and scope, an Executive Summary of participants, objectives, approach and accomplishments, and a detailed exposition of project accomplishments for each task in the work breakdown structure. Abstracts of life cycle and interim technical report documents as well as other references are provided. This Final Report comprises three volumes.
