The purpose of the action is to provide MFH at Vance AFB that meets U.S. Air Force AF housing standards by demolishing existing units and constructing new units. The need for the action is to provide modern and efficient housing for non-commissioned officers and their dependents stationed at Vance AFB. Under Phase I, Vance AFB has identified the need to demolish and replace 59 MFH units at Vance AFB as part of the installations Fiscal Year 2003 Capital Improvement Program.
