Abstract:

Dobbins ARB is proposing to repair the existing airfield stormwater system. The Proposed Acton is required because the current stormwater system has exceeded its design useful life cycle. The purpose of the Proposed Action is to repair and improve stormwater drainage and minimize the attraction of birds to the airfield of a mission critical military installation.
