Abstract:

Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center NAVFAC EXWC was tasked by NAVFAC HQ with facilitating a pilot study on the use of B20 Biodiesel 20 biofuel mixed with 80 fossil fuel oil hereafter referred to as B20 heating fuel at St. Juliens Creek Annex,NNSY VA, Central Heating Plant.
