Abstract:

This pocket guide PG was written to consolidate information and procedures for managing insecticide resistance by the Navy Entomology Center of Excellence NECE. This PG outlines methods to prevent, determine and react to insecticide resistance in insect disease vectors. It is not a regulation, but provides guidance to those individuals responsible for conducting pest control during military deployments. The guide will receive periodic review and will be updated to ensure that information presented reflects current technology and policy.
