Abstract:

This Instruction Implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for developing and implementing a Department-wide Public Key Infrastructure PKI and enhancing the security of Department of Defense DoD information systems by enabling these systems to use PKI for authentication, digital signatures, and encryption.
