Abstract:

Version 5 of the Quality Systems Manual QSM has a new format that is Will be based on ISO 170252005, General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, and Volume 1 of The NELAC Institute TNI Standards September 2009. The new QSM is designed for use in conjunction with the ISO and TNI standards. It will be released as a stand alone document. DoDDOE requirements have been consolidated to the maximum extent possible.
