Casualty data of Afghan civilians are reported quarterly by the United Nations Assistance Mission to Afghanistan UNAMA. Deaths of Afghan National Police and Afghan National Army personnel are reported by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction in quarterly reports to Congress.
