Abstract:

The goal of the Defense Information Systems Agency DISA is to have integrated Defense Information System Network DISN services by 2016. Newer technologies will provide additionalexpanded capabilities while reducing life cycle costs. Legacy equipment will be retired resulting in savings to the sustainment and share cost of the DISN.
