Abstract:

ORIGINAL OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE Objective To provide an independent analysis to determine if an IRR-TPU Affiliation program will lead to improved IRR personnel accountability and increase AR personnel strength through increased TPU accessions. Scope Focus of the analysis will be on both Soldiers in the IRR and those leaving Active Duty with a remaining AR obligation.
