Abstract:

There are three goals for developing the DOD DMSMS Guidebook 1 To define a proactive DMSMS management process that can be used by a Program Manager PM to build an effective DMSMS Program 2 To define DMSMS support metrics to measure the effectiveness of a proactive DMSMS Program 3 To promote cost-effective supply chain management integrity through DMSMS problem resolution at the lowest cost, time, functional level.
