Abstract:

Document was developed to response to EPAs recently promulgated Interim Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule and the Stage 1 DisinfectantDisinfection Byproduct Rule. These rules were published 16 December 1998. The new rules will impact many Army water systems and the USAEC and USACHPPM partnered to develop this guide to notify installation personnel of the new requirements.
