Neuroelectric Activity and Analysis in Support of Direct Brainwave to Computer Interface Development

Abstract:

Electroencephalograpic EEG scalp sensors were used as probes to acquire neuroelectric data correlated in real time with cognitive processing of linguistic thought stimuli. The adoption of a suitable data analysis methodology provides results that show a direct relationship with a stable, quantifiable set of neural activity for digits from zero to nine or the words yes or no.
