P53 Mutation Profiles in Premenopausal Versus Postmenopausal Breast Cancer in a Stationary Population

Abstract:

There is a difference in the profiles of p53 mutation in pre and post menopausal breast cancers, and between the stationary population and mixed population. This preliminary results is help to understand why BC incidence in U.S. is 4 to 10 times higher than that in China at the molecular level and compare the incidence between the pre and post menopausal BC and between the stationary population of Shandong, China and mixed population of California, USA. These studies emphasize a study gene markers in groups of BC patients, divided into specific categories.
