Abstract:

This volume is an update of JPRS-SEA-86-O79 of 6 May 1986. For the convenience of the reader, we have included a list of officials by organization which follows the alphabetical listing. The information is current as of 24 February 1987. The list of Peoples Republic of Kampuchea government and party officials has been compiled using data gathered from the PRKs Phnom Penh Domestic Service radio broadcasts in Cambodian unless otherwise specified. Other than through comparisons with printed sources such as SPK, VNA, or KPL the spellings of the names published herein cannot be confirmed. There are no regular receipts of PRK print media sufficient to determine the validity of the transliterations. Names in parentheses are phonetically rendered.
