Abstract:

As of 1 January 1960, theVietnam Lao Dong Party formerly the Communist Party of Indochina is 30 years old. It is a happy and proud day for all the workers of Vietnam in particular, and for the whole population of Vietnam in general. Its existence and struggle during 30 years are the proof of the maturity of the Party and of the growth of the working class. The period of 30 years of the growth and struggle of the Party corresponds also to the period of the most brilliant records of Vietnamese history.
