The complete Scope of Work SOW is included in Appendix 2 but the essential elements are repeated below. Integrated Energy SystemsKoenigshofer Engineers, Inc. IESKE was contracted by the Louisville District of the US Army Corps of Engineers in June 1985 to perform a complete energy audit and analysis of Ireland Army Community Hospital IACH and nine auxiliary facilities at Fort Knox, Kentucky. All of the buildings are permanent structures with a remaining life of over 20 years. They are listed in Table 1-1, and shown on the map in Figure 1-1 with the exception of Bldg 864 which is a small chiller building serving the hospital which is too small to show. Shown below is a brief description of the SOW. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Architect-Engineer AE shall 1. Perform a complete energy Audit and Analysis of the entire hospital facility. 2. Identify all Energy Conservation Opportunities ECOs including low costno cost ECOs and perform complete evaluations of each. 3. Prepare programming documentation for all Energy Conservation Investment Program ECIP projects DD Form 1391, Life Cycle Cost Analysis Summary Sheet with backup calculations and Project Development Brochure PDB. 4. Prepare implementation documentation for all justifiable energy conservation opportunities. 5. List and prioritize all recommended energy conservation opportunities. 6. Prepare a comprehensive report which will document the work accomplished, the results and the recommendations.
