Architecture Reporting and Monitoring System (ARMS).

The ARMS software program purpose is to provide senior decision makers with situational awareness of national security space architecture by showing how future architecture alternatives fit within the current planning context for the joint military force structure. ARMS will demonstrate cost, schedule, performance, technical characteristics, and interdependencies.
