Abstract:

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense by section 113 and Chapter S of title 10 United States Code this Directive reissues DoD Directive 5105.21 May 19 1977, to update the responsibilities functions relationships and authorities of the DIA. It establishes the Military Intelligence Board MIB with mission organization responsibilities, functions and authorities as prescribed herein.
