Abstract:

This Instruction, under DoD Directive 5136.1, implement policy, assigns responsibilities and prescribes procedures on provisions of care in the delivery of healthcare at MTFs in the Military Health Services System implements policy, assigns responsibilities and prescribes procedures on international military reciprocal healthcare agreements replaces DoD Instructions 6010.8, 6010.15, 6015.19, 6015.20, 6040.33, and 6040.39 authorizes the publication of DoD 60l0.15-M and DoD 6015.l-M authorizes the retention of DD Form 2494 and DD Form 2494-1 and continues to authorize the publication of DoD 6010.8-R.
