Abstract:

This paper describes the software design of the Desktop Decision Training DDT system. It documents how the systems software implements an instructional strategy to train complex decision-making skills to personnel in the Logistics Command and Control domain. This paper is intended to be a pragmatic guide for the DDTs software programmers and technical management personnel.
