Abstract:

The Mission Need Statement MNS for the Lightweight Water Purifier LWP was approved on 6 October 1993 CARDS Reference Number 22-93. To provide assistance in this program, BRTRC Incorporated was commissioned on 27 May 1994 to support development of program documentation for a Milestone III Decision Review, which was originally scheduled for March 1995. Because of delays in obtaining approval of the Operational Requirements Documents, the Milestone III Decision Review was postponed and is now scheduled for Second or Third Quarter FY96. Documentation prepared under this contract has been revised as the program has changed and is currently in review and staffing.
