Abstract:

This Guide is a basic reference for the preparation and processing of technical reports, documents, manuals, memoranda, journal articles, brochures, pamphlets, and presentations at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport. It has two main purposes 1 to establish common standards of communicating technical information and 2 to promote a common understanding among author, editor, and reviewer of the requirements and responsibilities that each type of technical publication imposes.
