Dugway Proving Ground: Closure Plan Module 2, for SWMUs 20, 164, 166 and 170

Abstract:

This Closure Plan module outlines the activities required to close the four Consent Order solid waste management units SWMUs 20, 164, 166, and 170 at Dugway Proving Ground in western Tooele County, Utah. The plan for each SWMU includes a description of the unit and its physical environment along with an assessment of the contamination found at each SWMU and the risk it poses to human health and the environment. Based on the requirements found in state of Utah Administrative Rule R315-101, no corrective action is required at any of the four SWMUs.
