Abstract:

The objective of this report is to outline a plan for monitoring ground water, soil, and vegetation in the vicinity of the hydrazine blending and storage facility HBSF. Analytes of interest are hydrazine, UDMH, NDMA, and their degradation products. Number and location of wells to be drilled and sampled, Number and location of soil samples, Number of vegetation samples and Methods of analyzing ground water, soil, and vegetation.
