Abstract:

The Planning Process Software user guide was produced as supporting documentation to the element of the Operational Movements Planning System prototype addressing preference and constraint definition, and tracking allocation of items to be moved to available transport assets. The User Guide was designed as an easy to use supplement to the Planning Process Software. For each user-computer interface in the Software, a graphical display is shown. This is accompanied by a description of how the interface operates, what function is performed by the underlying software and how the interface can be reached from elsewhere within the Software.
