Abstract:
Four major activities were included in this project 1 the identification and classification of the types of Help Desk support typically provided by an Army IC 2 a survey of technology, both hardware and software, that is available to specifically support the ICs Help Desk function 3 data collection to support an evaluation of this technology with respect to its ability to handle the types of Help Desk support provided and 4 production of a final report documenting the results of the surveys.
