Abstract:

This regulation is issued under the directional authority of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Manpower, Reserve Affairs and Logistics ASD MRA and L in compliance with Department of Defense Directive 4145.19, Storage and Warehousing Facilities and Services, dated August 13, 1975. The provisions of this Regulation apply to the Military Departments and the Defense Logistics Agency, worldwide. Heads of these DOD Components may issue supplementary instructions only when necessary to provide for unique requirements within their respective Components
