Abstract:

This study, requested by the Regional Freight Consolidation Center Program Office, is the fourth in a series of analyses of pool operations at Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Regional Freight Consolidation Center RFCC is the only site at which pool operations have been implemented. The scope of the study is based on 1 years data for the period May 91 through April 92 the analysis focuses solely on pool operations.
