Abstract:

This report documents the development of a cash flow forecasting model for use throughout the Defense Logistics Agency Contract Management Command DCMC. The cash flow model uses a spreadsheet format that is acceptable for use DCMC-wide. It is a straightforward, easy-to-understand forecasting model that uses conventional, textbook estimating techniques.
