Abstract:

The focus of this research was to develop an integrated shop floor management system for an Automated Apparel Manufacturing Facility. This report documents how this objective obtained by using the following approaches 1 Program plan and schedule, 2 Examine CMM-I CMS for apparel application, 3 Develop an integrated product costing system for the AMMTD, 4 Implement the work in Clemson AAMTD, 5 Compare the IPCS to other traditional cost management systems, 6 Coordinate with other AAMTD projects, 7 Prepare briefing material.
