Wind Loads on a Mirage III O Aircraft Mounted above a Ground Plane

Abstract:

Measurements were made in ARL Salisburys Low Speed Tunnel on a 172 scale model of a Mirage III O aircraft to determine steady wind loads when mounted above a ground plane. The six component data cover 360 deg in azimuth, and roll and pitch angles of -20 deg, O deg, 20 deg.
