Abstract:

This report was intended to provide technical guidance to the U.S. Army Armor and Engineering AE Board in the area of simulant use for the Chemical Agent Monitor CAM Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation FOTE. The Operational Science Branch Op Sci Br was requested to support the AE board in their effort to design an FOTE for the CAM using methyl salicylate MS as the H mode mustard agent simulant. Personnel from Op Sci Br were asked to design contamination technology and monitoring methods to test the machine man interface and use doctrine, and analyze how well data is collected and evaluated.
