Abstract:

This document describes the Directorate of Quality Assurance strategy for implementing TQM. It includes information concerning TQM concepts, methodology for implementation, goals and execution. The primary goal of the DLA-Q implementation strategy is to focus on doing the job right the first time, on time, everytime, and continually improving the way we do that job.
