This manual contains all Department of Defense purchasing offices that may report data into the Defense Acquisition Management Data System DAMDS . These purchasing offices are broken down into the five basic DoD reporting components Army, Navy, Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency DLA, and Office, Chief of Army Corps of Engineers OCE. Within reporting component, these purchasing offices are sorted by purchasing office key POFKY. All data fields are intended to be self-explanatory, with the exception of DATEOFF. A date in this field indicates that the purchasing office is inactive, with the date representing the date of inactivation.
