Abstract:

The Survey of the Management of Production Readiness Reviews provide s information relating to the current status of PRR planning, budgeting, staffing and execution in the U.S. Army Materiel Command, the U.S. Navy Naval Air and Sea Systems Commands and the U.S. Air Force. Subjects include DoD, Service and internal activity level publications, PRR team planning, member selection, team size, training, team duration and funding, activities which have performed PRRs types of PRRs performed PRR reports, action items and report influence on acquisition milestone decision making processes and lessons learned.
