Abstract:

We report the operation of a 109 nm Auger Laser in Xe III and high gain on the 131 nm line of Zn III. Progress and improvements on the depletion spectroscopy technique are also reported. Keywords Ultraviolet lasers, Short wavelength lasers, Extreme ultraviolet.
