Safety Checklists

The purpose of this checklist is to provide commanders, directors, safety officers, and supervisors with a ready safety reference that encompasses most functions and tasks common to operations within a command, and includes pertinent references, where appropriate. This checklist should be used in conjunction with DA Oam 385-1. Users are encouraged to add additional checklist items that cover their particular mission needs. Although the checklist is primarily directed to the tactical organizations, they can also be applied to any organization performing similar tasks.
